Product Description
1500L Syrup Preparation System with Jacketed Mixing Tank and Variable Speed Agitator
1500L Syrup Preparation System for Sugar Dissolution and Liquid Blending
The 1500L Syrup Preparation System is designed for controlled sugar dissolution, syrup blending, concentrate preparation, ingredient mixing, temperature control, filtration, and liquid transfer in food and beverage processing applications.
The system is built around a stainless steel mixing vessel equipped with a heating/cooling jacket and variable-speed agitator. Product-contact parts can be manufactured in SS316L to provide a smooth, corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean processing surface.
Unlike a basic storage or mixing tank, the complete system can be configured according to sugar concentration, product viscosity, batch volume, dissolution temperature, filtration requirement, transfer flow and production capacity.
Typical Syrup Preparation Process
Treated water is introduced into the mixing vessel according to the required batch volume. Where necessary, the heating jacket raises the liquid to the required preparation temperature.
Sugar and other soluble ingredients are then added in a controlled sequence while the agitator maintains effective liquid circulation inside the vessel.
The combination of controlled heating and agitation helps accelerate sugar dissolution, improve batch uniformity and reduce material accumulation at the bottom of the tank.
Why Heating and Mixing Matter in Syrup Preparation
Sugar concentration has a significant influence on syrup viscosity and mixing performance. As concentration increases, the liquid becomes more difficult to circulate.
For relatively low-viscosity products, propeller or turbine-type agitators can provide efficient circulation.
For higher-concentration syrup or more viscous products, paddle or anchor-type agitation can be considered according to actual processing conditions.
Controlled heating can reduce viscosity and shorten sugar dissolution time, while the agitator distributes heat and ingredients throughout the complete batch.
Main Features

Typical Applications
The 1500L syrup preparation system can be configured for a wide range of liquid processing applications:
How to Select a Syrup Preparation System
Sugar Concentration
Higher sugar concentration generally increases viscosity and can require a different agitator structure or motor configuration.
Batch Volume
Working volume should allow sufficient space for ingredient addition, mixing circulation and possible foaming.
Heating Requirement
Inlet temperature, target temperature, heating time and available heating medium should be confirmed before selecting the jacket design.
Product Viscosity
Higher-viscosity products can require paddle or anchor agitation instead of conventional high-speed propellers.
Filtration Requirement
Filtration accuracy, product viscosity, flow rate and allowable pressure drop should be evaluated together.
Downstream Capacity
A buffer tank can be incorporated when stable or continuous product supply is required for downstream filling or processing.
Recommended System Configuration
For higher automation requirements, the system can also integrate:
Flow Measurement / Weighing / Automatic Dosing / Temperature Control / Automatic Valve Control / Recipe-Based Batch Sequence
Customized Syrup Preparation System
CHONGYANG WATER can configure the syrup preparation system according to batch capacity, sugar concentration, product viscosity, preparation temperature, heating time, mixing time, filtration accuracy and downstream production capacity.
Please provide your syrup type, batch volume, sugar concentration, viscosity, required temperature, preparation time and downstream filling capacity for system configuration and quotation.
