Product Description
1000L Vacuum Emulsifying Mixing System with Homogenizer and Heating Cooling Jacket
1000L Vacuum Emulsifying Mixing System for Homogenization and Viscous Liquid Processing
The 1000L Vacuum Emulsifying Mixing System is designed for integrated mixing, emulsification, homogenization, heating, cooling, vacuum deaeration and product transfer of cream, lotion, gel, emulsion and other viscous liquid products.
The system is centered around an SS316L product-contact processing vessel equipped with a variable-speed main agitator and high-shear homogenizer. A heating/cooling jacket provides controlled temperature management throughout the preparation process.
Agitator configuration, homogenizer arrangement, jacket design, vacuum level, temperature control and transfer method can be customized according to product viscosity, formulation, batch size and required processing conditions.

01. Liquid Base Preparation
The required liquid base is introduced into the processing vessel according to the batch formulation. Liquid and soluble ingredients can then be added in a controlled sequence.
02. Heating and Pre-Mixing
The heating jacket raises the batch to the required processing temperature where necessary, while the main agitator provides bulk circulation and distributes ingredients and temperature uniformly.
03. High-Shear Emulsification
The high-shear emulsifying homogenizer creates intensive mechanical shear within the processing zone, supporting effective dispersion and emulsification.
04. Homogenization
Continued high-shear processing helps improve ingredient distribution and batch consistency according to the required formulation.
05. Vacuum Deaeration
The vacuum system can reduce entrained air introduced during mixing and high-shear processing before the finished product is cooled.
06. Cooling and Transfer
Cooling medium can be circulated through the vessel jacket before the finished product is discharged through the sanitary bottom outlet and transferred to downstream storage or filling equipment.
Main Agitator + High-Shear Homogenizer
Main Agitator — Bulk Circulation
The main agitator moves the overall product mass throughout the vessel. For more viscous products, an anchor or frame-type agitator can be considered to improve circulation near the vessel wall.
High-Shear Homogenizer — Intensive Processing
The high-shear homogenizer provides localized intensive shear for emulsification, dispersion and homogenization. It can be configured at the vessel bottom or incorporated into an external circulation loop.
Main Agitator → Bulk Circulation & Heat Distribution
High-Shear Homogenizer → Emulsification & Intensive Dispersion
Vacuum System → Deaeration
Heating / Cooling Jacket
Temperature control can be important during emulsification and viscous liquid preparation. The vessel can therefore incorporate a jacket for both heating and cooling.
Heating can assist ingredient preparation and reduce viscosity during processing, while controlled cooling prepares the finished batch for downstream transfer or filling.
Vacuum Processing
The vacuum system is one of the main differences between this product and a conventional mixing vessel.
High-speed homogenization may introduce air into the product. Where entrained air affects appearance, density, consistency or filling behavior, vacuum deaeration can be incorporated into the process.
The actual vacuum configuration should be selected according to the process rather than using one fixed vacuum parameter for every application.

Engineering Note: Final agitator type, motor power, homogenizer configuration, operating speed, vacuum parameters, heating/cooling capacity and transfer pump should be selected according to actual product viscosity, formulation, operating temperature and required processing time.
Typical Applications
The 1000L vacuum emulsifying mixing system can be configured for different viscous liquid and emulsion processing applications.
How to Select the Right Vacuum Emulsifying System
Product Viscosity
Viscosity directly affects agitator structure, motor selection, homogenizer configuration and product transfer.
Emulsification Requirement
Liquid phase characteristics and ingredients should be evaluated before selecting the homogenization method and processing conditions.
Batch Capacity
Nominal tank capacity and effective working volume should be considered separately.
Heating & Cooling
Target temperature, heating time, cooling time and available utilities determine the required jacket configuration.
Vacuum Requirement
Vacuum should be selected according to the actual deaeration requirement rather than treated as one fixed parameter.
Product Transfer
Higher-viscosity products may require a different pump arrangement from low-viscosity liquids.
Cleaning
CIP spray devices, drainability and sanitary piping configuration should be considered where frequent batch changeover is required.
Recommended System Configuration
For higher automation requirements, additional process functions can be incorporated:
Automatic Ingredient Dosing / Weighing / Temperature Control / Vacuum Control / Variable-Speed Mixing / Homogenization Sequence / Automatic Valve Control / Recipe-Based Batch Control
